"After being quite skeptical initially (as I was unsatisfied with PRIOR security companies), I called the references provided for Arc Security.
After being quite satisfied with what I was hearing I decided to give them a shot at installing a security tag system for my retail store in Mississauga.
Arek, the owner, was present every step of the way, even during installation. While we were figuring out the correct sensitivity settings for the towers Arek was always available by cell phone to answer questions and would even often show up unannounced to ensure everything was working correctly. I have since referred him to two of my other stores who have used him and are extremely happy with the service, the actual product as well as the price.
Being a small business owner myself, I like supporting other local small business. I find in general service is superior, product can be more reliable, and prices are more competitive then large corporations.
I could not reccomend this company any higher. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Arc Security has been flawless. A true owner/operated company that prides itself on performance as well as superior customer service."
